Papuan vanilla extract

This vanilla extract is made with Tahitensis-type vanilla exclusively from the village of Mandi, in Papua New Guinea. Like Tahitensis from Indonesia, this vanilla has an air of kinship with its marshmallow taste, but it stands out with festive notes of candied red fruits.
