Mananara-Nord, Madagascar 200 g

The big Red Island offers a large number of very distinct terroirs and the region of Mananara-North is one of the most prized. In fact, the beans from this region have notes of chocolate, leather, and tobacco that are particularly appreciated by our cousins in France. The beans are allways more than 17 cm long, plump and fleshy as can be! Their moisture content is around 38%, which makes their caviar particularly creamy.
