Papuan vanilla pods - Vanille Papoue (25 gr)

These pods are the result of a cross between Vanilla planifolia and Vanilla odorata. The cross is originally from French Polynesia but they were bred exclusively at the Yasmerai Sastradi farm on the island of Java. All tahitensis-type vanillas are slightly aniseed, which makes them the ideal vanilla for frozen desserts, but don't limit yourself to that! This vanilla is also excellent in carpaccio, poke bowls and other savory dishes. Each package contains a 25-gram bundle of between 6 and 10 pods, depending on the weight of each pod.
