This product is part of a new line featuring a comprehensive range of organic items made from certified organic vanilla beans sourced from Uganda and certified by Ecocert Canada. The vanilla powder is made with the finest quality whole vanilla pods, and reduced to a fine powder here in Quebec to ensure the highest purity of the product. The powder is easy to measure and its moisture content is stable at 7%. The powder particles are less than 3000 microns. This powder is produced with organic vanilla pods from Uganda.
